    • I jumped in late on this train. Dirty Deeds is book 4 in The Squeaky Clean Mysteries and I enjoyed hopping right in to Gabby St. Claire's crazy life. For those of you who have been with Gabby from the beginning, you will know much more of her history going into this book. I, on the other hand did not, but that in no way took away from the book. I felt there was sufficient information to get caught up quickly without too much distraction. In this mystery/adventure, Gabby finds herself headed into a [...]

    • This is book #4 in Christy Barritt's Squeaky clean Mystery series. Honestly, Gabby St. Claire, our girl heroine, is so crazy. I can't wait to see what she does in each book. In this book she does plenty.Gabby and her fiance, Riley, go to a fancy retreat in the mountains and away from civilization for a lawyer conference and so that Riley can bond with his old college friends. Hard working Gabby is out of her element here but she tries to fit in, and to keep her promise to Riley to not nose into [...]

    • I'm still enjoying this book series. Although, now it looks like I have to wait until the next addition. It was nice that this particular story took place in a different setting with a bunch of new people. Good mystery and action.

    • Gabby is at it again. She just can’t keep her nosy nature at bay and finds herself into another mystery while on vacation this time. After several people end up missing and at least one dead, Gabby gets involved in the case. Short, read that I didn’t have the killer figured out until the very end. I like these kind of books, just gets you away from life and doesn’t make you think too hard.

    • A very good clean cozy murder mystery, with twists, deceptions and love. Well written and keeps your interest throughout - who could ask for anything more?

    • Title: DIRTY DEEDSAuthor: Christy BarrittPublisher: self publishedJuly 2013ISBN: 978-1491036358Genre: Cozy Mystery“Promise me one thing. No snooping. • I really enjoy reading this series and can't wait to see what happens with Gabby next. She is one that just can't seem to stay out of trouble.

    • Dirty Deeds finds Gabby St. Claire on a week's holiday with her fiancé, Riley Thomas, at an exclusive resort. Riley's there for a conference, and to reconnect with some lawyer buddies that he hasn't seen since college. Gabby well, the opulent setting and posh lawyers make her nervous.Riley has a low-paying practice that's more about helping others than getting rich, and Gabby is used to struggling for every cent. Still, relationships involve sacrifices, so she's determined to fit in for Riley' [...]

    • Squeaky Clean Mysteries Book #4Dirty Deeds by Christy BarrittGabby St. Claire is up to her elbows in crime solving. She promised her fiancé Riley that she’d stop snooping and enjoy a week at fabulous Healthy Springs. But she just can’t keep her investigating nose for news out of the mysterious disappearance of Riley’s friend. Christy creates another entertaining maze of mystery and mayhem. Full of action and mystery, Gabby proves once again that the obvious is not always the answer. In th [...]

    • Dirty Deeds takes place with Gabby and Riley on a trip, and leaves the crime scene cleaning job at home, but Gabby is pulled into an investigation. There is a lot of tension between Gabby and Riley too. I like them both and want them to be together, but Gabby has had a bad track record with the people she loves letting her down, and she doesn’t want to let Riley down so she doesn’t tell him she was laid off. Of course, not being upfront causes issues. I didn’t love the uncertainty of their [...]

    • Trouble seems to find Gabby wherever she goes, how is she not supposed to get involved to help solve the mystery. But this is what Riley has asked her to do, in his defense though he did ask this of her before he knew they were walking in on a missing person. Gabby is torn between helping the girl's mom and keeping her promise to Riley. I have enjoyed the previous books in this series and this one was no exception, it kept me guessing what was going to happen next and who the guilty ones were. A [...]

    • I'm really, really enjoying these books! I tend to like cozy mysteries anyone, so one written by a Christian author is even better. Gabby is a very likable character, and the fact that she is a crime scene cleaner and a medical examiner's office investigator wanna-be has her in all the right places. This one had her and new finance Riley going on their first vacation (separate rooms, no worries) to an exclusive resort for him to attend a legal conference. Guess what, Gabby finds another body! So [...]

    • Gabby St. Clair is a crime scene cleaner. When her fiancé, Riley, invites her to accompany him to his law school reunion and conference, she goes. He requests one thing of Gabby: "Promise me one thing. No snooping. Just for one week." Gabby is left alone during the conferences when a friend of Riley's group goes missing. The missing woman's mother asks Gabby to help, which she does. It seems everyone in Riley's group has secrets, including Gabby. Christy Barritt writes excellent mysteries with [...]

    • This book is a fun, suspenseful, romantic read!I went to get my oil and tires changed on my van today so I took this book with me. I was so engrossed in the story that I didn't realize that it took over two hours to service my van. I couldn't wait to get home so I could find out what happened next. I couldn't put the book down! I found myself laughing out loud at times, and then at other times I was on the edge of my seat. I love the Christian values weaved throughout this book. I love this auth [...]

    • Another great mystery, but Gabby's continued problems with accepting Riley gets annoying. Why can't she just let them be happy together. Riley is a man and wants to be her protector wrong with that! In fact, how would she feel if he just let go and let her get herself in and out of trouble? I didn't see that one coming, although I did start suspecting something was up with the person at one point

    • Poor Gabby! She can't stay away from a good mystery if her life or relationship with her boyfriend depended on it! Once again, Gabby is embroiled in a mystery after her fiancé asks her to avoid snooping for just one week. There are secrets and twists and turns to keep you guessing right to the end! Love these Gabby books, watching Gabby grow and mature, and seeing the relationship grown between Gabby and Riley. Great clean, fun read!

    • This is number 4 in the Gabby St Clair Squeaking Cleaning series and these stories keep getting better. What I really like about this book is the character development, the mystery and the comedic relief. This is why I read Christy Barritt books, the woman is a genius at putting stories together. If you are looking for a book that had equal parts mystery and romance, this is it. Great read, and the pace of the story really moves along fast.

    • Riley and Gabby head to a resort for a lawyers convention/retreat and find more than they bargain for going on in the wealthy tourist town. When Riley's ex-fiancé shows up as a guest at the resort, Gabby has to work through lots of misgivings about their relationship. Full of adventure, danger and (of course) a murder, Gabby has her hands full in this one. Fun read!

    • GreatThis book is just as great as the others in the series. I found myself desperately wanting Gabby and Riley's relationship to remain, and again genuinely caring about the characters. Filled with literal laugh out loud moments and twists, I recommend this to anyone who likes a good mystery.

    • This book really puts Gabby’s self confidence to a test. She has to meet all her new fiancés new friends and she comes from a different class of people she doesn’t feel like she will fit in. To top it off she has promised no snooping for a whole week. Trouble always seems to find her and she ends up investigating the whole time. As always, full of action and suspense. Another great book!

    • Interesting quick easy read. I like these books because they are pretty captivating, and an easy read. I sometimes just want to be entertained for a few days. This book is a lot like the first books of the series. I did like the twists at the end. Makes the book more enjoyable! The book is clean, in case you missed that point!

    • Love the character growthI love the character progression. This series is one of my favorites and I read a great deal. I especially liked the story line of Dirty Deeds but all of the series so far has been excellent. I highly recommend any of these books in this series.

    • Even though she promised to stay out of "trouble" and meant it, trouble seems to find her wherever she goes. When a mystery comes calling, Gabby can't stay out of it and she MUST investigate. Another great read from Christy Barritt and one of my favorite series of all times.

    • I liked Book 4 in the Squeaky Clean Series much better than Book 3. I enjoyed how much Gabby has grown in her work and in her relationship with Riley. Other than Suspicious Minds, this is the best story so far in this series.

    • I loved that this was a new setting with new people ! I love that this series is still fresh ! Keep writing !
