    • This is a cross between a useful workout routine and a blatant exploitation of Ginsburg's diva status. She blessed her workout teacher with permission to use her to sell this book. I hope that she gets a small cut of the royalties. The routine requires a lot of equipment if you don't belong to a fancy gym. My favorite part of the book is the illustrations.     • This is an actual workout book. I thought it was a just-kidding kind of book.RBG has a trainer she's been working with since 1999. Together, they made this book happen. There are some good tips in there. There's a variety of exercises, all with an illustration of RBG working them. I like how they have the exercises demonstrated both at the gym and how to do them at home with various inexpensive equipment.


    • A small book that is easily tucked into your gym bag. Knowing that Justice Ginsburg, at the age of 84, can do this workout twice or sometimes three times a week, makes me feel really bad - because I sure can't do all of these exercises and I'm quite a bit younger. Easy to read, easy to understand, lots of detailed illustrations of the exercises. Just remember that ThunderCat is not the musician, but the cartoon character. Now I imagine the Justice with her Super Diva shirt under her robes.


    • This is a really good workout plan, y'all. The book is really straightforward - it's a beautifully illustrated step by step of RBG's workout with asides from her trainer. The workout is balanced and is great for a beginner. Most exercises have instructions for on gym equipment or at home. I definitely plan to try this one!

A really useful and fun way to experience the way Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg does with her personal trainer. Easy to follow exercises that also have alternative methods that can be done at home with inexpensive gym equipment.


    • Of course, the whole RBG connection is charming, but beyond that Johnson offers a great basic workout- complete with options for doing it at home. The only thing missing that I would appreciate is a brief note about which muscle group is being worked. Sometimes it's obvious for a number of these exercises it's not quite clear.


    • I picked this up mostly because it seemed hilarious. I only read parts of it, but the illustrations were amusing and informative. It has good basic workouts that you can do at home. A small book that could be useful addition to your exercise program.


    • Provides options for resistance training at both the gym and home. Decent illustrations but not always clearly definitive on what to do. For those who workout regularly, there are better overall workout videos available that will be much easier to follow.


    • Cute little book with explanations of various exercises. Would be great if you belong to a Snap Fitness-type place. The best part of the book, though, is the picture of RBG with her trainer (and the fact that she can do this entire workout in her 80's). She's so awesome.

    • This is well-illustrated and encouraging, a number of the exercises overlapping with my physical therapy. As with the therapy, the idea is to create an ongoing routine.
